Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• The return request is made after 7 days from the delivery date.
• The product is returned without original packaging or tags.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

• A 100% refund of the product amount will be processed.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

• For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by FURIISHII.
• For all other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise stated.
